At present Catholic Theological Union, Lutheran School of Theology, McCormick, Meadville/Lombard and Northern Baptist use quarterly calendars that parallel the University of Chicago. Seabury follows a calendar similar to Northwestern University, while Mundelein Seminary uses a quarterly calendar that starts and ends earlier than the other quarterly schools.
Chicago Theological School, Garrett-Evangelical, North Park and Trinity have semester calendars. Courses are listed in the Fall, Winter or Spring sections of the ACTS Catalog to match each school’s designation for its term. Fall courses include semester, quarter, quads; Winter includes quarter, intensive, J-term, or January term; Spring includes semester, quarter, quads.
